Container Component Program

Tri Rinse has recognized that seed treatment and specialty chemical packaging systems have become more complex and have components that are required to ensure the safety of “closed-system” containers. Tri Rinse began using our proprietary system to clean the valves and stirring systems to an acceptable level in order to be reused by our major chemical manufacturers. Additionally, Tri Rinse and Micro-Matic, Inc. have jointly created a valve reconditioning and return program, resulting in over 50,000 valves cleaned and reused. This program offers our customers who own fleets of “closed-system” containers a seamless management system that includes:

  • Container management
  • Container repair and reconditioning
  • Valve system repair and reconditioning
  • Container refilling services
  • Warehousing services
  • Single-trip container recycling and valve reconditioning

This program not only promotes recycling and sustainability, it is also good for each client's bottom dollar. Tri Rinse understands the importance of making sure customers' containers are safely returned and refilled as many times as possible each year. This service not only eliminates the customers' liability for empty chemical containers, it also maximizes the number of times a container can be refilled in one year. Additionally, this management system enables our customers the ability to reduce the number of containers or valves that need to be replaced in their fleet each year.

This management system offers our customers the ability to track the above tasks through our website, or in whatever management system our customers request. (i.e., SAP, Witts, etc.)

Note: Tri Rinse can offer logistics services if needed.
