Product Recovery

Tri Rinse has recovered nearly 10 million gallons of product for our customers since this service was first offered in 1996. We recover products that are liquid as well as solid, in containers ranging in sizes as small as 4 ounces up to large bulk containers.

The product recovery service offers customers the opportunity to cost-effectively recycle and recover materials due to:

• Container defects
• Forecasting issues
• Bulk disposal
• Formulation issues
• Repackaging

Products recovered using these processes remain in their virgin states. Once recovered, products can be stored, repackaged, reformulated, or disposed of depending on the customer's needs. Furthermore, Tri Rinse:

• Understands the dangers and costs of cross-contamination and therefore can provide dedicated pumps, tanks, and hoses for projects, with integrity as the priority.
• Recycles 100% of the associated packaging materials (i.e., shrink wrap, cardboard, plastic, etc.).
• Has the ability to react to our customers' needs with extremely short notice.
• Incinerates all associated waste at an approved TSDF.
• Maintains a 99% recovery rate on products recovered.
• Can provide unique solutions for product issues, such as phase separation and settling.
