Lead Operator – Pack Line

The Lead Operator on the Formulation and Packaging line is responsible for monitoring the line to ensure product quality and specifications are met and that various products are placed into containers in a clean and efficient manner. The Lead Operator is responsible for ensuring that the team meets or exceeds production requirements and goals. Responsibilities include insuring line operators are using appropriate PPE, conducting quality checks, submitting production reports, conducting torque testing and minor repairs/adjustments.

Formulation Specialist

The Formulation Specialist safely and accurately formulate various agricultural chemical products such as herbicides, fungicides and insecticides using various raw materials as called for on a product batch sheet.

Improvement Engineer

The Improvement Engineer lead and execute improvement projects in support of the company’s overall strategic improvement plans.  Provide support to the Business Unit Leaders and participate on plants’ teams to contribute to a safe, efficient and reliable operation. Assures plant level improvement projects align with the Business Technology Pipelines, thereby closing local performance gaps and increasing asset capability. Supports the plant level improvement process by gathering and analyzing data, evaluating improvement opportunities, and safely implementing improvement projects.

Seed Bins Site Leader

This position is the management representative of Tri Rinse at each satellite seed bins manufacturing services facility. Provides direct supervision of personnel to ensure the safe achievement of all quality, production and cost metrics for the facility. In addition to their supervisory responsibilities the Site Leader must ensure the facility itself is managed and maintained in a manner that represents TRI Rinse’s level of excellence. The Site Leader will coordinate activities in the plant to ensure the timely completion of scheduled projects and assignments. The position requires the troubleshooting of operational issues, identifying corrective and preventative actions, and oversight of daily labor requirements and work schedules.

Mobile Crew Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a team/production schedule meets or exceeds production requirements and goals. Supervisor differs from operator in the level of skill. The Supervisor trains and supervises operators working directly to complete industrial cleaning projects that involve power washing and cleaning of industrial equipment including above ground storage tanks, and other items. The Supervisor is responsible for reporting safety issues, maintenance, quality, and completing production paperwork as well as working as part of the crew to ensure project completion.

Laborer Line Operator – MO, St Louis

The Laborer/Line Operator is responsible for operating wash line system and equipment.

Laborer Line Operator – IL, Rantoul

The Laborer/Line Operator is responsible for operating wash line system and equipment.

Laborer Line Operator – IA, Sioux City

The Laborer/Line Operator is responsible for operating wash line system and equipment.

Laborer Line Operator – IA, Ackley
