Project Profiles - PackagingPackaging Project - Tri Rinse was contracted by a major crop protection manufacturer to package and repackage chemicals into new packaging sizes. The project included repackaging 30,000 gallons of emulsifible concentrate insecticides into 15-gallon closed-loop, stainless steel kegs, and half-gallon and one-gallon bottles. Packaging Project - Tri Rinse was contracted by a major crop protection company to recover approximately 58,000 gallons of product contained in off-specification quart and half-gallon containers. The project included emptying the containers, bulking the product for shipment and repackaging, and cleaning and recycling the original packaging components. Repackaging Project – Tri Rinse was contracted by a major chemical company to reprocess and repackage 78,000 gallons of encapsulated herbicide due to separation. The project included re-suspending the material, repackaging, and shipping the recovered product back to the customer. |
