Tri Rinse has years of experience packaging and repackaging containers ranging in size from 15-gallon kegs to 5,000-gallon bulk containers. Our St. Louis-based facility has a wide variety of capabilities tailored to meet our customer's specific needs. Whatever the request, Tri Rinse is ready to work with your team to find a solution. Tri Rinse maximizes our customer's assets by making sure their containers are refilled as many times as possible each year. Tri Rinse has the ability to do 2.5 and 5 year DOT certifications on containers, as well as to package materials in 2.5-gallon jugs or closed-system containers with Micro-Matic valve systems.

Equipment:

• Storage vessels are stainless steel.
• 100% check weighing of all filled containers.
• Piping is sanitary stainless steel.
• Transfer pumps are stainless steel; product contact parts are Teflon or viton.
• Filling units are stainless steel with interchangeable elastomers to fit product-compatibility requirements.
